You are the recently hired captain of the Modular Autonomous Rover System (MARS) program, and your job is to make sure that the rover works well for exploring moons and other celestial objects.

The rover is programmed through the use of modules, almost like a modular synthesizer, which are plugged together with cables in order to create more complex pieces of logic.

Note on Web Browsers

Full screen highly recommended.

Firefox, for some reason, has significant audio latency. Chrome does not seem to have this problem. Downloading is definitely the best option (although Mac & Linux are untested).

Hmm, I’m having trouble getting the rover to turn in place. The concept makes sense though as an electronic musician myself, and I like it for that.

Too much is not clear. For example, the "Hall Monitor" mission: It was not clear that I needed to wire a "Sensor Input" to an "Antenna Output"... Especially since the terms "input" and "output" are confusing here.

I am also having trouble with the "Navigating by Antenna" mission. If I set my motor speed to 4, it drives past and beyond the goal, without registering it. If I set my speed to 2 (and adjust my turning accordingly), it turns at the first and second point as expected, but does not detect the third--driving past it and hitting the wall.

Thanks for the comment! I definitely know that the game is ridiculously opaque, although I hadn't thought about how confusing the *goal itself* is to discern, so that's useful to know.

Once the jam voting period is over and I'm able to upload a new version, I suppose I may try re-writing the mission descriptions to be much more informative.

Either way thanks for playing and for the constructive feedback!

On the "Navigating by Antenna" mission... it does work on my browser. If you do want to see the solution for any reason, I've taken a screenshot of it which you can see here -- it is possible that there is some kind of glitch occurring though.
